Manhattan. The advantage of staying in Manhattan - whatta city! The
disadvantage: it can be really expensive, with room rates starting
around $300/night, and the less expensive properties run the risk of
being places You'd Rather Not Stay. Also, if you went to one of the Ivies, they may have a club in Manhattan, check your school's
website (for example, there is a Cornell Club), and these rates, while not cheap, are often more affordable.
